Also the plane was well kept but still showed signs of wear you would expect on a 60 year old 747 not on a newer 787."Plusy: "What I liked was the cleaness of the premium cabin on the Dreamliner was a plus. Seat 5A was roomy enough for a 5'4" female. The food that was included with my fare was good but I felt like a giant because the portions were packaged in these tiny little boxes and the plastic utensils where so small that it was hard to wrap your fingers around them to eat your food. The crew was attentive and the pilot spoke clearly when giving announcements which was a plus for me because I don't hear very well inside an airplane."Minusy: "What I didn't like was that when you requested Business Class when booking your flight and you had the option to choose Business Class and your boarding pass and receipt states, "Business Class" on it, you think you are GETTING Business Class. However, that wasn't the case. The seats in the Premium Cabin are NOT Business Class. The seats do not lay completely flat. They only reclined back to to about half way and when the passenger in front of you have their seat reclined back, you have to pull on their head rest in order to get out of your seat. But the seats did have a foot rest which reclined with your seat. So, it could have been worse. In my defense, I did not know that this airline markets itself as a premium low fare airline. I bought a Flex ticket for the exact reason of being able to adjust my schedule if needed. I decided to try to extend my trip at the airport and had the same issue. It's very disappointing that I paid extra and had zero help from their team. The new flight date would have been the same price too. On the flight, I didn't get served the dinner since they couldn't find my Flex information but it somehow got corrected later. I had a decent experience with Norwegian Air a few years ago but this time it was a mess on all three flights. I wouldn't recommend."Minusy: "Everything was fine. Better than expected. The guy who was managing the check in staff was one of the most rude aggressive people I've ever met. Could not check in online prior to flight. Check in machines at airport don't work. Got to London and had to wait half an hour standing on the tarmac while they found a tunnel to take passengers off the flight. Worst flying experience I've had for years. Never again with this clown show."Minusy: "Great experience. I knew that they charge extra for literally everything, so I had my food, water, jacket. Plane was partially empty - great extra space. There were about 15 people to check the weight of people's bags, and basically run security again (mostly standing around), while one person checked tickets and passports. This lead to the flight leaving an entire hour late. I ordered a meal for the flight, but was surprised that when I needed even just an additional glass of water (during the 12 hour flight) I was charged $3. If I had not ordered a meal, I would not have received even the one drink that I got. Nobody could help, nobody could direct me where to go or who to call, the person on he phone when I called Norwegian was unhelpful and rude and informed me that nobody that worked for Norwegian or associated was at a the airport and that if I wanted to change my flight I would have to do so within the next 10 minutes (from that moment but that there were no flights available that would get me there on time more my engagement 36 hours later) this was one of the worst airline experiences (and indeed any consumer experience) I have ever endured. I am planning to launch a very aggressive and hopefully damaging social campaign against Norwegian, APS (the incompetents that apparently are the contractors for Norwegian at he airport), and potentially Kayak for the role each group has played in this charade."Plusy: "Flight was good and crew was friendly. Good entertainment options."Minusy: "I didn't realize that with this class of ticket it is bare bones, meaning you don't even get a soda or anything, you have to order and pay through the computerized snack bar and then they deliver it to your seat. If you ask for a glass of water they will give it to you but they don't ask. Also they did not pick up any trash until the very end of the 8 hour flight. You get what you pay for! Overall it was okay for me but it was a bit surprising that with such a long flight they don't offer even a soft drink or coffee/tea!"Plusy: "The crew was great and the flight was comfortable."Minusy: "I believe it's an airport issue so I'm hesitant to put this but I was unable to check in until 2 hours prior to my flight. The rest of the party I was traveling with was on a different flight that left a bit sooner so I arrived with them at the airport only to be kept waiting as they were able to go through security upon arrival. Norwegian doesn't have a designated window or kiosk so I wasn't able to get any help on the matter."Plusy: "You randomly bumped many of us when your plane had trouble. Left us in Stockholms airport hotel while my non refundable Nice hotel went empty. Took hours for you guys to make a plan. Then next days flight was 2 hours delayed. Literally spent 24 hours in an airport or plane for a 3 hour flight. Miserable customer service. No human customer service at the airport. No way to get thru on phone. No way to contact online.
